Cancellations
Life happens. When it does, please give as much notice as possible. The cancellation terms shown during booking apply to your appointment.
Rescheduling
Appointment changes are subject to availability. Use the booking provider or contact the studio as soon as you know a change is needed.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may limit the service that can be completed safely and beautifully. Contact the studio if you expect a delay.
Foreign Fills
Lash work from another artist requires an assessment before a fill can be confirmed. A removal and new set may be recommended.
Appointment Prep
Arrive with the service area clean and free of product when applicable. Detailed guidance will be provided with your booking confirmation.
